Problem Note 45876: SAS® BI Dashboard EventGen Web application might return a 404 error
In SAS BI Dashboard, you might not be able to access the SASBIDashboardEventGen Web application. When attempting to access it, if you receive a 404 error in the browser, you can fix this issue by updating the jboss-web.xml, and updating the context-root to match the context-root from application.xml. These files are located here:
<JBoss Home>\server\SASServer1\deploy_sas\sas.bidashboard4.3.ear\sas.eventsgenerationframework.war\WEB-INF
After making this change, you must restart JBoss.
